Events Description

LISSASPAC Japan Chapter will host the International Conference as follows. LISSASPAC members can apply paper presentation (20 minutes) or poster presentation till 15th June 2017. We hope many of our LISSASPAC members can join in the conference. Applicants for presentations of lecture and poster session should apply till 15th June 2017 to the Japanese Chapter or Headquarter of LISSASPAC. LISSASPAC (Library and Information Science Society for Asia and the Pacific) Japan Chapter was established in 2016. To commemorate it, we will host the international conference and celebrating ceremony. We will welcome your participation and presentation in the conference.

• Place: Osaka Prefectural Nakanoshima Library (大阪府立中之島図書館) 2nd Floor of the Annex.
• Date: 12 August (SAT), 2017, from 10:00 to 16:00

Lecture 2 14:00-14:55	Prof. Zensei Oshiro Former Prof. Doshisha University, Japan
Topic	Possibility of Extension to Oceania Area.
15:00-16:00	Presentation by Applications (20 minutes, speakers are invited)
	The poster session will be prepared.
Registration Fee	Free (But meals, proceedings, and accommodation, etc., should be prepared by the participants)
Library Tour	11th August (Friday), free library tour to the Central Library of Osaka will be arranged.
